What if the wood color does not match the product listed on the shop?
Most wood have multiple variations in color, and grains over the length and size. Therefore, exact lookalike is not possible from a handicraft item, thus cannot be guaranteed.
What if gaps appear in joints or twisted out of shape?
Wooden handicrafts are most stable when they contain 12% - 18% moisture content. Below 12%, the wood shrinks and items may cause joint separation, and above 18%, there could a a twist, warp in handicraft items' lid.
Though, these conditions are temporary. Your wood items will come back to its original state once the conditions met.
We always recommend you to keep your wooden items away from high humidity places, direct sunlight, and hot confide spaces.
